An ingenious poet and thinker, Alisher Navoiy was a multifaceted individual who excelled in various fields such as poetry, music, art, education, and science. He was a prominent cultural figure in the city of Herat, where he supported and patronized numerous scholars, artists, and cultural figures. Alisher Navoiy was born in 1441 in Herat, where he developed a passion for Persian-Tadjik literature and studied under renowned poets and scholars of his time. Despite not having a family or children, he dedicated a large part of his wealth to charitable works, including the construction of various public structures and support for education and talent development. He had a close relationship with the great Tadjik poet Abdurrahman Dzhami, who was his friend, mentor, and spiritual guide.
