Dermatitis is superficial inflammation of the skin characterized by pruritus, redness, edematous, oozing, crusting, scaling, and vesicles. Eczema is a common skin disease characterized by chronic, relapsing dermatitis associated with intense pruritus, which may occur at any age. Eczema could be exogenous (including primary irritant dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, Pompholyx, and photodermatitis) or endogenous (including atopic dermatitis and seborrheic dermatitis).
